Thorburn Consultants is pleased to be linked to the Supreme winner – Waiheke Island – House of the Year Master Builders 2017 with its structural swimming pool design.
Thorburn Consultants provide structural designs for the new 5000m2 Logistics warehouse including 1500m2 canopy. The building has a 40m clear span portal and post tensioned concrete slab and 18m high precast fire walls. This building was a finalists in the 2020 Mew Zealand Property Council Awards.
